Refund & Return Policy
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items purchased or services delivered.
- Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital goods and services, returns of digital materials and resources are not accepted. All sales are final (including deposits).
- Physical Goods: On the rare occasion that physical goods (like workbooks or related materials) are provided, returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds beyond these conditions may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as severe illness or unforeseen financial hardship.

Delivery Policy
INDIGENEXUS reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or refuse any service at any time at the discretion of the business.
- Scheduling: All inquiries for consulting services, workshops, or project collaborations must book a FREE 15 minute alignment check. Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times. The client is responsible for providing availability within the consultant’s operating hours.
- Project Consultations and Workshops: Sessions are delivered either in-person (location permitting) or via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom). Details will be confirmed in advance of each session.
- Personal Readings: Clients must book a FREE 15-minute alignment check before purchasing a personal reading. This general consultation will help us connect intentionally and confirm whether we can provide guidance. If services are agreed to, pre-recorded sessions will be delivered to the client via Gumroad within 5-days.ᯓ★ Please note we do not solicit personal readings by any means, so be wary of scammers!
- Registration for Workshops: Workshops have limited space. Details will be shared in advance of each workshop. Illuminating Tiered members have priority registration for all offerings up to 50% of the space available.
- Materials: Any materials or resources provided as part of workshops or consulting services (such as workbooks, access to online tools, etc.) will be delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: Members may cancel their monthly member subscription at any time. Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
- Session Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session to avoid being charged. Rescheduling is allowed ONCE before a new booking is required.
- Customers who arrive 10 minutes (or more) late for their session will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
- The deposit will not be refunded if the session is canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment, there is a no-show, or a new booking is required. Exceptions may be made in case of emergencies.
