Due to her proximity and role as a Grand // Mother, the Moon offers a gentle yet piercing, energetic influence that we can channel to support our intentions.

While lunar energies are transitory, we aren't strictly constrained to the timing of her cycles. You can find yourself still in sync with the energetics of her cycles but at your own aligned timing.

🀍
The grace with which the Moon exerts force allows us to more easily co-create with her energy up to three days before and three days after any major lunar event.

The two major lunar events to be aware of include New Moons and Full Moons. Both Moon phases urge us to exercise our ability to release and embrace what is needed to manifest our intentions.

Several other phases exist between these lunar events that provide energetic space to prepare and integrate in alignment with those intentions.

Here is a brief explanation of the Moon's energetic Cycle:

NEW MOONS

πŸŒ‘
Offer an extra boost to fresh starts as we cleanse, reset intentions, and begin new endeavors. As the Moon honors her need to rest, she departs the sky fully, only to return each night, renewed to shine.

Waxing Phases between New and Full Moons

Guide us to take active and aligned steps toward our intentions through our projects and efforts. This part of the cycle mirrors the act of the Moon rising to reveal more of herself each night.

FULL MOONS

πŸŒ•
Invite culminations to take place after much energy is expended. The Moon's mid-cycle phase illuminates the sky and our need to release control, celebrate efforts made, lean into rest, and anticipate renewal.

Waning Phases between Full and New Moons

Encourage us to slow down with gratitude as we begin closing one cycle and shifting into the next phase of our intentions in another cycleβ€” just as the Moon slowly departs the sky to begin her cycle anew.

Below are some intuitive acts that can be done throughout the Moon's cycle to celebrate and co-create with the energies she brings, no matter her phase.

Tapping into the magic of creation and transformation

  • Breathwork β€” consciously exhaling to detox and inhaling to enliven
  • Bodywork β€” physically moving energy in the body through touch or static and dynamic movement
  • Sonicwork β€” intuitively tunning into aligned frequencies, sounds, and music
  • Energywork β€” proactively engage in clearing and calling acts to make space for inviting desired energies
      • e.g., sweating, basking, grounding, steaming, smudging, smoke cleansing, soaking, and bathing, or using a burning bowl

Understanding and exercising one' intuitive capabilities

Learn the language of the soul.

Engage your senses daily to develop spiritually and become more aware of your multi-dimensionality by:

  • Finding an aligned way to honor your intuitive intelligence with daily exercises, rituals, meditations, or activities
