Full Moon Collective Energy for June 2025

The moon's phases in June are:
🌓 First Quarter: June 3.
🌕 Full Moon: June 11.
🌗 Last Quarter: June 17.
🌑 New Moon: June 25.
During this time of year, we welcome the annual Full Strawberry Moon in Sagittarius, which will appear full between June 10 and June 13, depending on your location.
With the summer solstice approaching, arriving on June 20, this month's full moon marks the final Full Moon of Spring.
Interestingly, in the Northern Hemisphere this will be the lowest and farthest Full Moon of the year as the Sun inches closer to its highest point in the sky.
The reason for this is related to the Earth's slightly elliptical orbit and the fact that the Moon's position mirrors that of the Sun.
In Earth's orbit, it is farthest from the Sun at a point known as the aphelion. This year, the aphelion will occur on July 3, meaning the Moon will also be at its farthest distance from the Sun.
According to NASA, several other planets will also be visible in the sky along side the Full Strawberry Moon.
These other planets include:
- Venus: Rises about 2 hours before the Sun in June, and shines very brightly, low in the eastern sky, in the morning all month.
- Mars: Visible in the west for a couple of hours after sunset all month. Drops lower in the sky as June continues, and passes very close to Regulus in the constellation Leo on June 16 and 17.
- Jupiter: Visible quite low in the west after sunset for the first week of June, then lost in the Sun's glare after.
- Mercury: Becomes visible low in the west about 30 to 45 minutes after sunset in the last week and a half of June.
- Saturn: Rises around 3 a.m. in early June, and around 1 a.m. by the end of the month. Begins the month near Venus in the dawn sky, but rapidly pulls away, rising higher as June goes on.

Several planetary influences impact the Strawberry Moon's lunation, encouraging us to explore uncharted territories of our and others inner worlds.
In particular, Mars is highly active as the planet enters the sign of Virgo this month. This transit encourages us to refine our strategies related to self-improvement in both our personal and professional lives.
This month, Mercury and Jupiter will shift into the sign of Cancer, indicating that we can anticipate greater emotional safety in our lives, allowing us to practice vulnerability.
On June 8th, Mercury enters the sign of the crab, inviting us to communicate with more care and compassion.
This invitation is particularly important when exploring the emotional impact of the past on ourselves and the experiences of others.
On June 9th, Jupiter makes its transit into Cancer for the next year.
Since Jupiter is traditionally considered exalted in this water sign, it will help us heal wounds from our childhood and previous relationships. Over the next twelve months, we are encouraged to become intimate with ourselves, connecting with our inner child through emotional honesty and nurturing love.
A square between Jupiter and Saturn (on June 15) and a square between Jupiter and Neptune (on June 19) draw our attention to clarifying our needs and wants with a lens of practicality.
In particular, many of us will have to practice discernment and clarify the values that shape our priorities and guide our lives. Through self-awareness, we can understand how what we hold privately shapes how we show up in relationships, work, and for ourselves.
Making Meaning of the Past
Last month, we were reminded to ease up on control. As the Full Strawberry Moon arrives, this reminder remains relevant as the energetic presence of Chiron, known as the Wounded Healer, actively sheds light on our wounds this month.
Sometimes it is difficult to recognize how the past continues to influence our present. Yet, seeing ourselves in our wholeness requires entering a space of vulnerability and neutral observation.
Acknowledging our wounds without trying to fix them means being able to non-judgmentally witness our past so we can recognize why tenderness exists around any wounds we may carry.
Under this lunar light, we have the opportunity to tap into the power of our hearts to lift away shame, blame, or other emotions that unknowingly cause harm and limit love.
It is essential to let what has been suppressed rise to the surface so it can be addressed.
Take some time this lunation to hold space for your inner child and reflect on where you’ve outgrown certain beliefs, behaviors, or situations.
Letting Go
Since the Full Strawberry Moon aligns with Sagittarius, a fire sign, we can utilize fire to help us let go of unaligned energies.
Using a pen and paper, write down what you want to release that is blocking you from opening your heart and making your dreams a reality. This can include attachment to limiting patterns of beliefs, behaviors, situations, or emotions.
Once clear about what you seek to release, safely burn the paper as you thank those parts of yourself for their role in your life.
Lean into tools and support from others to engage in this deep emotional work. Doing so allows us to be honest about what truly supports us in keeping our hearts open and daring to dream, even in the face of all that we have gone through.
Relational Clarity
Our relationship with ourselves, first and foremost, reflects our ability to see the wholeness of others.
If we offer ourselves self-compassion, it becomes easier to operate from a lens of oneness. Moving with humility and reciprocity means extending that same compassion to those around us as well.
When we do so, it helps make room for the truth of who we are to express itself without attachment to any mistakes, limiting ideas, or harmful narratives that block heart-centered expansion.
While understanding this may not necessarily lead to forgiveness or repair of a relationship, it can help us release any attachment to harm inflicted upon us.
This understanding is especially helpful when speaking with someone, whether professionally or personally, to unpack any wounds that still impact our lives.
Seeing each other at the heart level means being willing to see how we can make amends and repair harm.
Community building requires recognizing how the exchange of energy in a relationship dynamic will fluctuate over time, and that harm may occur unintentionally.
As we set healthy boundaries for what we will give and receive in our relationships, acknowledging this fact is a crucial entry point to deeper love and authentic power. We can remain loyal to people and situations without losing our integrity, autonomy, or ability to personally expand.
Unfortunately, though many of us may find ourselves in perpetually imbalanced dynamics, which water the seeds of resentment with the tears from unmet needs and desires.
As such, sometimes, "amend and repair" means acknowledging the finality of chapters in relationships and moving forward with love.
Ultimately, building community means building accountability and making reparations when possible.
Calling in Community
The Full Strawberry Moon reminds us we are all deserving of the sweetness of belonging.
Write out ten affirmations about how worthy you are of loving connections in which you are treated with mutual respect, support, and kindness.
Once done, close your eyes or soften your gaze, and place your hand on your heart. Imagine your heart opening up and visualize warm pink light entering your energetic space. Trust that beautiful human connection is on its way.
Reach out to others as you feel called to.
Inviting the Return of Sweetness
With the Full Moon in Sagittarius, we are urged to refuel our sacred fire by simply saying thank you and enjoying the good that flows to us.
The Universe is always overflowing with gifts of blessings, abundance, and well-being. However, it often comes in forms we forget to appreciate.
During this lunation, we are offered the opportunity to cultivate a greater sensitivity and a deeper capacity for joy in our lives.
Integrate some positive mindset work for an added support as you do so, such as with a daily affirmation or gratitude journaling.
Be sure to savor the sweetness of every moment that brings you laughter, peace, calm, or happiness, and your ability to receive them.
Taking Aim
As a fire sign, the energy of Sagittarius is known for going after what supports the joy and creative fire within.
This month's Full Moon supports forward momentum, but only if we are clear about choosing what stays and changes in our lives.
In the months ahead, let your heart move toward what feels good.
Speak your joy out loud, and let it lead.
The bold energy of Sagittarius is here to give us a nudge toward our next adventure, whether that's through a creative pursuit, a learning opportunity, or a new habit.
Through the sweet lunation of the Strawberry Moon, may we plunge the emotional depths to create safety for our joy and expansion. May our communities learn to speak from the heart to the heart, allowing for collective repair. May we all soften the path forward, reminding others that success and sensitivity can coexist.
With love,
mgmc
